5. Orders & Fulfilment

5.1 Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and TechGets.
5.2 We handle order processing, packaging, and shipping. Tracking details will be provided when available.
5.3 Should delivery be delayed, we will inform the customer. If the order is not delivered within 15 working days after confirmation, the customer may cancel the order without additional cost.
5.4 Responsibility for any damage or loss transfers once the order has been successfully delivered.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving their item.
6.2 After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
6.3 Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, provided it is in original condition.
6.4 Certain products cannot be returned (e.g., personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products). This will be clearly stated on the product page.

7. Payments, Fees & Taxes

7.2 All prices include applicable VAT, and invoices are provided with accurate tax details.
7.3 We do not charge extra platform or transaction fees.
7.4 Refunds for canceled or returned orders are processed within 10 days.

8.3 Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product unless damage results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9.2 Unauthorised copying, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

14.2 Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts within our jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
