Delivery Times

Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 22:00 (10 PM), UK Time, begin processing on the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 22:00 are processed on the following business day.

Handling Time (0–1 Business Days)

Our handling time is 0 to 1 business days, from Monday to Friday.
During this phase, we confirm the order, prepare the packaging, and ready the items for dispatch.

Transit Time (4–8 Business Days)

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, transit usually takes 4 to 8 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and courier workload.

Total Delivery Time (4–9 Business Days)

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Most orders are delivered within 4 to 9 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Additional Information

  • Currency: All orders are processed in British Pound (GBP).

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
