At TechGets, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it under the conditions described below.
Return Period
You may return your purchase within 30 calendar days from the day your order was delivered.
To qualify, items must be in unused, new condition, with all original tags and packaging included.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, use, damage, or if original packaging/materials are missing.
How to Return an Item
To ensure a smooth and efficient return, please follow these steps:

We will respond with the return address and step-by-step instructions

Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Ship the parcel using any courier of your choice
Please do not return items without contacting us beforehand.
Processing time: 5–7 business days once the item has been received.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We do not charge restocking fees

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own security
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

All refunds are processed in British Pound (GBP)

Customers may request an exchange or store credit instead of a refund

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been completed
Exchanges
If you prefer another size or colour, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must be submitted within the same 30-day return period.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for the following:
